Storyline

The ground erupted with water for no apparent reason. A storm raining upwards into the sky was felt by people reaching out their arms to feel the rising raindrops.
Pedestrians and buildings disappeared in the rain, melting, dissolving, and vanishing. It seems like you are in a strange old era when you see what is now presented to you.
There are no people from your time left to help you after the "Storm." The only person left is yourself.
The world in which we live coexists with that of arcanists. It was an arcanist group, "Manus Vindictae", which wanted to restore the arcane study's glory. The group has not received much attention; some say they are heretics, while others say they are prophets. The "storm" emerged despite their carefully planned and secret actions, whatever the cause may be.
In the St. Pavlov Foundation, an organization that protects arcanists, you are the Timekeeper -- the observer of different eras.
Your colleague Sonneto, a colleague from St. Pavlov Foundation, and you would travel to different times after each of these repeated "Storms". In order to help escape from the destiny of being "sifted out", we need to find arcanists from all over the world who detect the portents of the "Storm" as you did.
The "storm" won't answer despite your efforts. In 1999, it is nothing more than a grand curtain with a silent message concealed behind it.
